Azadeh founded Intelico Engineering in 2018 to guide clients through condition assessment, project scheduling, and infrastructure rehabilitation decisions. She brings more than 17 years of business development and product management experience, including prior leadership roles at Nestlé and Sanofi. Azadeh holds an MBA from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemical Engineering.

Keyvan holds a PhD in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and brings more than 20 years of experience in CFD, thermal-fluid systems, and forensic failure analysis. His work spans stack and chimney protection design, machine-learning-assisted maintenance optimization, and mechanical failure investigations across the energy and industrial sectors.

Kevin is a Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager with over 12 years of experience delivering complex residential, mixed-use, and commercial/institutional projects, representing more than $940M in total construction value. He has served as Owner's Representative on major developments, managing full project lifecycles from pre-construction through occupancy. Kevin holds an MBA, a PMP certification, and a Construction Management diploma from BCIT.
